Please download the application below, complete it and bring it to the school office. Along with the application, please bring copies of the following:
- birth certificate
- baptismal certificate (if Catholic)
- additional sacramental certificates (if applicable)
- current report card, transcripts and standardized testing scores
- current teacher recommendation
- current immunization records
- online financial aid application
- $35 application fee
